Product description Do I have to keep paying for a membership after I buy this? A membership is required for WHOOP to work. This product includes a 12-month WHOOP One membership at AED 699/year. You add a payment method at setup because WHOOP is a subscription, but you won't be charged until year 2. What does WHOOP One, Peak and Life track and measure? WHOOP takes a holistic view of your health, tracking sleep, strain, recovery, heart rate, HRV and more, 24/7. Peak adds Healthspan, WHOOP Age and the Health and Stress Monitor. Life adds everything in Peak, plus ECG and Blood Pressure Insights. Can I wear WHOOP while swimming or showering? WHOOP is IP68 rated and water resistant to 10 meters for up to 2 hours, so you can shower and swim. Not for diving. The Wireless PowerPack is IP68 rated and SportFlex bands are built for water. Not every band is water resistant. Do I have to take WHOOP off to charge it? WHOOP One lasts 14+ days per charge and includes a Basic Corded Charger. Add the Waterproof Wireless PowerPack, sold separately, to charge WHOOP on your wrist without taking it off, so continuous monitoring keeps running. Is WHOOP accurate for marathon or half-marathon training? WHOOP delivers 99%+ heart rate and HRV tracking accuracy and tracks Strain, heart rate and Recovery across a full training block, so you can see how your body responds over a training cycle, not a single workout.
